1. Definitions

“Customer,” “You,” “Your” refers to the person or business using our services.
“Carrier” refers to the independent transport company or driver assigned to ship your vehicle.

2. Services Provided

All States Vehicle Shipping arranges vehicle transportation services through licensed and insured carriers. We are a broker, not the direct carrier, and act as an intermediary between customers and transport providers.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide (vehicle type, route, time frame).
Final price may vary due to fuel costs, distance, vehicle condition, and carrier availability.
All quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change without notice.

4. Booking & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is typically due upon vehicle delivery, payable directly to the carrier in cash, certified funds, or other accepted methods.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation, storage fees, or refusal of delivery.

5. Vehicle Preparation

Before shipment, the customer must:

Ensure the vehicle is in working condition (unless agreed otherwise).
Remove personal belongings (items left inside are not insured).
Provide accurate pick-up and delivery details.

6. Pick-Up & Delivery

Dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, or carrier schedules may cause delays.
The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present at pick-up and delivery for inspection and signature.
If no one is available, the carrier may reschedule or deliver to a nearby safe location.

7. Insurance & Liability

All carriers we work with carry standard auto transport insurance.
Insurance covers damage during transport only, not pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or personal belongings.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle at delivery and noting any damage on the Bill of Lading.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before a carrier is assigned may qualify for a full or partial refund.
Once a carrier is dispatched, deposits are non-refundable.
If the customer fails to provide accurate information, additional fees may apply.

9. Website Use

Our website content is for informational purposes only.
You may not misuse, copy, or distribute content without permission.
We are not responsible for third-party links or external websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

All States Vehicle Shipping is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, weather, strikes, accidents, or unforeseen events.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in courts within this jurisdiction.
